Bitter.

I like the taste of black/green tea or coffee with bitter Sweet n Low, vinegar, pickles, mustard, black chocolate (high in fat, lactose free, almost no sugar).

I love my sweets, but the majority of the food I eat is savory. I can imagine living on savory, but not sweets.
