everyone relies so much on their phone...is it really necessary to have it out at all times, and check it every five minutes? Seriously XD
I really don't use mine all that often

It's not that I use my phone to do everything... I don't even have internet on it. But if I didn't have it for if I got lost, or couldn't call a friend to check a date, or invite them out, or to text my boyfriend/mom and tell them I made it to my destination ok,
Then I would be very unhappy

I only just bought a tracfone in january and I use it so rarely I could easily do with out but I need it for emergencies and when I travel

I know I could because I haven't always had one, and I would like to take a vacation and deliberately turn it off and stow it, but in every day life, I use it for a lot of personal and career stuff

I dont even have a phone, so yes!

i have a phone just in case my mum needs to ring me if i go out, or if we're in different rooms and no one can be bothered to get up.

Got rid of my phone about a year back, and never looked back. Peope think I'm weird because I always end up getting a "whats your number so I can text you later" followed by my "I don't have a cell" and a big fat "WTF?! Face" at me.

I honestly wish I didn't have to carry a cell-phone. I hate being connected all the time and majority of my family/friends get super antsy/pissy when I don't answer the phone....so the next time I see them or call them I get a bunch of shit from them, "YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE." :/ Though I've mentioned not having a cell and people are always like "omg your a women...women need cellphones! You could be rapped/car breaks down/yada yada..." my response to that is haven't we as human beings lived HUNDREDS of years without cellphones??? lol...Sorry for the rant!

I could certainly live without my cell phone, but I'd really rather have it with me.
