i thought the jhonny depp dancing was hilarious just by where it was placed. one of my best friends loved the mad hatter because it sort of encompasses every other character he's every played. i loved the entire movie!

3D effects were disappointing, the story was ok, but i thought it would be better.

Felt disappointed in it. I love TB's stuff usually. I felt they didn't use the 3d to its full advantage either. I enjoyed it but was expecting alot more. I'll say no more.

Well, it WAS pretty. I loved the over all designs of everything.

However... that was about it. I wasn't blown away by the story or the over all pace. And the music... Danny Elfman... same old same old.

I really enjoyed it. I saw it in IMAX 3D, which I usually stay away from, and I thought it was done really well. The visuals were impressive, and I liked the interpretations of the characters. Helena Bonham Carter was fantastic and crazy, Johnny Depp was endearing and crazy, and Anne Hathaway did an awesome job turning the "Disney Princess" act on its head. I also love the whole Alice story, and I really liked how they gave it a strong mythology.
