Youtube channelJust came back from the cinema, watched How to train your dragon... It was AWESOME!! Loved everything about it! I will most definitely be doing some fan art! On the drive back I decided to rename my car, which is a black micra 'Toothless' because he sometimes smokes, has bits missing and can be dangerous to control!! XD

me n my friend juz watched The Secret of Kells online
BTW, was it just me and mine who thought that Toothless looked like Stitch (from Lilo and Stitch)? Or is that just because my daughter's been watching it obsessively over the holidays...
* In the book the vikings train the dragons. In the film they hunt them.
* Hiccup has a best friend from the book, Fishlegs, who is been replaced in the film by a "determined" blonde girl named Astrid. Though a character named Fishlegs appears in the film, he does not appear to share his counterpart's attributes.
* Toothless is a very small dragon in the book; he is also green and of an indeterminate species. In the film, he is black and is a full-sized dragon called a Night Fury. In addition, he has a full set of teeth; his name comes from the fact that all his teeth retract into his gums when he is not eating and not in danger, giving him a toothless appearance. It should be noted that Toothless's appearance in the book more closely corresponds to the appearance of a different dragon species, the Terrible Terror, than the Night Fury that he is depicted as in the film.
* In the book, there is a language called "Dragonese," which is spoken by the dragons; it does not seem to exist in the film.
* In the book, Snotlout is Hiccup's cousin. In the film, this relation is not mentioned.
* In the book, Snotlout is very antagonistic and mean to Hiccup all the way through, but in the film he is mean at first but at the end he even obeys orders and appears to be his friend.
* In the book, the hooligans were exiled. In the movie they were not.
* In the movie, Hiccup loses his left leg. This does not happen in the book.
* In the book Hiccup is said to be eleven years old. In the movie, he and the other kids are referred to as teenagers.
* In the book, the giant dragon is called the Green Death. In the movie, he is renamed as the Red Death.
* In the book, Hiccup has a mother called Valhallarama, but in the film, his mother is dead.
* In the book, Hiccup is described as a small, puny ginger, but in the film, he is a average sized brunette.
* In the book, the tribe elder is a man, Hiccups grandfather, but in the film, the tribe elder is a woman.
Still, an interesting and entertaining movie. The teens were like, all bangers, which was kinda funny.
Make us some dragons
I saw the movie in 3D, it was really cool !
