May I ask you a question? Do you take some time to study sometimes? Do you try to develop your artistic skills?
I like the picture all in all.. maybe it's lacking some more dynamics.. more colors, or contrasts I guess. I also have this feeling that something in that lady's face is wrong. Maybe her right eye is too big, that creates a feeling of a perspective which makes her face seem to be very wide.
Hope you don't mind my comment! I really like your works ^^

Of course I study and practice all the time. I draw every single day! I do it for a living!!!
This pic is based on the likeness of the commissioner... The pose and outfits were their choice. The commissioner is more than happy with it so that's what is important.
